Bollywood’s Mr. Blockbuster, Sajid Nadiadwala is planning very big for his forthcoming mega venture Kambakkht Ishq which is also the most awaited release of 2009, starring Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor along with the who’s who of Hollywood right from Sylvester Stallone, Denise Richards, Brandon Routh. The movie is being directed by Sabir Khan. The USP of Sajid Nadiadwala movies has always been its extraordinary music and this time he is leaving no stone unturned to carry on this tradition.A close source reveals ‘Sajid is currently planning to shoot a special song for his forthcoming venture Kambakkht Ishq on a rs. of 2 crore – budget set at Film city in Mumbai. Not only this, he has even planned to have UK fusion band RDB participation in the filming of the song’.

Sajid is now planning a 150 second theatrical trailer for Kambakkht Ishq. The trailer is yet to be released in cinemas but those who have seen the rushes were bowled over by its impact. The offices of both Nadiadwala Grandson and Entertainment and Eros were flooded with overnight offers for almost all territories.

A Bihar distributor has already offered rs 1 crore to be the the official distributor of the film in the territory. A top distributor who had shut shop sometime back, has taken such a fancy to the film that he wants to re-start his distribution office and has offered a record price too. As he’s very that movie is going to break all the box-office record till date.

A major and exclusive publicity blitz is being planned where Akshay Kumar will meet Sylvester Stallone in India.

Slumdog Millionaire may have taken Bollywood to Hollywood, but for the first time, Sajid Nadiadwala is bringing Hollywood to Bollywood.

Trade reports have already declared it as the most awaited release next year and what’s more, all the opinion polls on the internet have declared it as the film to watch out for in 2009.

Slumdog Millionaire has hit the right tune and the jackpot. It won lot of awards this year all round. Now it’s the turn of Kambakkht Ishq, and it has already hit the right tune with its first look which was aired in theater on Friday. People really liked the trailer and have fallen in love with the movie.

Sajid Nadiadwala has a love for making film and this time he has gone all out and is making the biggest Bollywood film ever. The stars include Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Sylvester Stallone, Brandon Routh, Denise Richards, Aftab Shivdasani and Amruta Arora. The movie is extensively shot in Universal Studio and Kodak Theater.

Stallone and Arnold - Kambakht Ishq

KAMBAKHT ISHQ (2009) – movie, starring Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor, will be released in 2009. KAMBAKHT ISHQ, the first Bollywood film to be made at Universal Studios, has lined up the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger (The Terminator franchise), Sylvester Stallone (Rocky and Rambo series), Brandon Routh (Superman Returns and the upcoming sequel Man of Steel) and Linda Hamilton (also from The Terminator series) to appear.
